We work to the requirements of Land Registry/Registers of Scotland/LPS. On confirmation of the fee for our service being accepted, LeaseplansUK then visit the site or building at which time a dimensional survey is thoroughly undertaken by one of our team using survey equipment. The survey is unobtrusive and noiseless i.e. we can work during typical working hours and have undertaken surveys of shops, offices and other buildings during trading times.

Once the plan is finalised via Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, LeaseplansUK issue the documents as PDF (Adobe document standard) that, in the main, go directly to our Client's Solicitors with copies emailed to each respective party. We are also able to set-up, without extra charge, a project dedicated site to maintain an off-site electronic record of your files that can be downloaded at will and in perpetuity. Finally, we are happy to issue paper copies of the documents to each respective party on request, also without extra charge for the main issue set.
